I wanted to do something with these tracks when I first heard them. (Indian/Latin fusion?). Did you play that wild bass part on a string bass? Did you play the percussion instruments themselves, or are they samples?

it’s all samples and midi tracks; played in Kontakt. the Udu is actually a free library. doesn’t work with the (free) Kontakt player (well, only for half an hour, then you’ll have to restart). the bass are to different bass patches playing together. and a midi effect that randomly transposes notes by 1 semitone. plus a lot of trial and error.
