You will increase the likelihood that somebody will listen to (and use) your part if you first add a 128 kbps mp3 preview, as well as the high quality flac after.

You’ll notice that other sample uploads have a “play” button and yours doesn’t: the lack of an mp3 preview is why. Remixers looking for parts will hit that as they browse, to see if it is what they want. :)
