I used ableton live's "Session Dry Kit" drum library. It's a favourite of mine because it sounds very plain, giving me space to muck around with the sound
Process
I started by loosely improvising the guitar part, which was played over a generic drum loop and a click track.
I then colour-coded the different sections, so that I'd have a visual guide when dubbing the bass over.
The drums were then edited to add in some snare fills and cymbal hits, and then the organ-sounding synth was sequenced to match the chords.
The guitar was then duplicated, and the duplicate went through either a phase or flange effect (I honestly don't remember) this doubled guitar is mostly buried in the mix, but every now and then one of the "whoosh" sounds pushes to the surface.
I think that's everything.
