How I Did It

Process
First I created a classic bossa nova beat, then put bossa guitar together with some lead in the refrain. Then I played the bass part and chopped the vocal sample to match. Then I aligned the beats, made some velocity changes and variations in the drums and exported the project. That simple.
Other Notes
This is the first time I created a bossa demo and it seemed easy except for the drum part which has a somewhat unusual sequence and pattern. Of course this demo is not the truly classical bossa style but it still has the main elements. It felt good to work with real instruments and not just virtual ones :)
