Tools I Used
Cakewalk Sonar with couple of distortions, delays and reverb. Quite simple setup with four instrument tracks and one sidechain track to chop up the "Sick of Music".
For the vocals, I chained two Whamdrives http://www.kvraudio.com/get/3670.html with minimal distortion, to add strength to the vocals and to make it more atonal.

No original samples were used here, everything you hear is originated from the listed sources.
Process
I started by reversing and stretching the "Sick of Music" to 200% of original length.
I added A.M. Mews' vocals on top of that, and tweaked loop stretching parameters until it matched the base, then chopped the phrases to separate pieces, to adjust timing.
It felt it needed some support for the beat, so I took four bars of Candy Drops, stretched that with bad looping parameters to two different lengths, used also as reversed.
