Steve Dobson’s wife casually broke the news to him over dinner one evening that she had been taking belly dancing lessons. Steve’s amazement at this was nothing compared to when she also told him that she had met and fallen in love with her teacher’s husband and that together they were leaving to go and live in Istanbul.
Steve took it well and wished her the best of luck but he never forgave her for selling his prized banjo to help finance her trip. Anchors words fit the story.
