ccMixter History Vol. 16 : 2022
In 2022, the Solidarity Songs event is how the ccMixter community expressed solidarity with the people of Ukraine as Russia invaded its borders. We also joined together with the International Association for the Study of Dreams to produce the Ocean Dreams sonic installation. The voices of dreamers and the sounds of whales were put to music and streamed in the art show space during the annual IASD conference in Tuscon, Arizona. As always, our community creates quality collaborative music during secret mixter events and for the holidays. This year’s secret mixters include the Imaginal Cell secret mixter and the Waking Dreams secret mixter. Enjoy curated by SackJo22
