My father and I were different people. He was never the father I needed and I was never the son he wanted.
Over the years we met up mainly in New York where he lived with his latest girlfriend and both of us would part as the strangers we always were. As I grow older I wonder if I had been the man he wanted me to be my life would have been better. Who knows!! Many thanks to Susan for her beautiful vocal work.
