Valiha Trance

I used a sampled vahila (instrument from madagascar) and a Koto (instrument from Japan). Mixed it with chanting monks (from Tibet), asian temple bells (haha form Asia), a very down tempo drum beat and a rainstick (invented in Chile) als backdrop. Not sure how you would call this mix of ethic instruments. Anyway, not the usual dance, hiphop or singsongwriter stuff.
Btw a friend “(music teacher) of mine told me it’s like a band without the singer, it misses a focal point”. So what would you do?
