There is no denying, there is just choosing.
Inspired by Calyman’s splendid Menthol tracks (the bass and synth in particular), this extemporaneous rant is set up with Haskel’s great extemporaneous guitar stylings, additional loops, and some field recordings. My chops may be rusty, but inspiration is an infinite resource when we’re ready. I couldn’t be more ready. My mind is blown by current events. I can only do so much and it is not enough. Diving into this track so there would be no mixter left behind, was a gift by giving me a chance to just express some of this. I can only make so many calls, do so many clean ups, and make so many donations. Working on this track, I reminded myself I am not alone in this. I am not alone with this. None of us is.
