I would like to invite you to take part in a month long exhibition and radio broadcast that I am currently curating. The project is called Reuse Aloud and it poses questions about re-mix culture and originality in the digital age. The exhibition will take place in March and will be installed at The NewBridge Project Space http://thenewbridgeproject.... and broadcast on basic.fm, both of which are based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. You can find out more information here; http://www.basic.fm/?page_i... We invite you to help us curate tracks for this event by tagging one or two of your remixes or a remix featuring your work with “Reuse Aloud”. We hope you will suggest tracks that you feel are appropriate to the key themes and best represent the ccMixter community. These tracks will then be curated to create a playlist for the project, which will be streamed during the exhibition.

We’re really excited about this event, and appreciate that you reached our to our community to participate. I encourage everyone to simply tag a song or two using the tag “reuse_aloud” (just like that except without the quotation marks). I will be collecting them in a playlist which will then be submitted to Reuse Aloud. What a simple way to bring out music to another venue! Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of this project Rosanna!

just to reiterate, your tags must be case and underscore specific ;)

You can check out what’s been tagged by visiting the ccMixter Community Curation Reuse Aloud Playlist.

Does it need to have a CC-BY license or is CC-BY-NC also an option?
