Strange and good. A weird juxtaposition between the “classical” strings and the rap works. I like how your percussion comes in and out and breaks up the repetative rhythm of the rap.

Good work,

I’m not sure about this one trip, the juxtaposition of the ‘nice’ main riff isn’t a great match for the energy of the rap (or if it’s supposed to be ironic it isn’t ironic enough)

oh and use ‘Manage Remixes’ to attribute the freesound stuff properly.

the main riff is kind of cool, and is worthy of building a mix around. i think the sparseness of the mix kind of works against this a little, since the pella is delivered so in your face style. maybe if you’d thrown some scratches or other intermittent dynamics (horn stabs maybe?), it could have filled out the mix a bit more.

victor’s comments about the jux i’d probably agree with too.
