Okeydoke MC jack hammer in the box.I may have not so an objective opinion regarding this mix- I was visiting France (and therefore ditto) just as this was released…met the lovely Barbarella, heard him tchiikkikkichahahkaaa into his tiny microphone and restricted space. We all drank Irancy (rare Pinot Noir from Chablis) save for Ditto, who prefers chocolate over alcohol. OK. Nonetheless, I think you are soo terribly clever and I wanted something, I suppose, a bit more delineated from the original.Whilst I admire that you only used the source material, I guess it for me, could have been more deconstructed. This says nothing of the technical, which is supreme.

ha, thanks and no worries! good point. i guess i was mostly trying to show what can be done with the source in and of itself. i mostly dug that music box line and wanted to re-create the arrangement around that. and philippe’s beatboxing.

i’ve actually got another version i’m working on that will mostly feature a number of live tracks (guitar and piano) for the remixfight. and since you’re admittedly biased to the original, i’m glad you don’t hate it. :)

KT may have a point - but I like it anyway - the source material is so much fun, and I like the way you let it speak for itself.
