An excellent production, has a sort of live-in-the-studio sound (if that makes any sense). Top notch.

I do know what you mean. I was going for a studio sound and was debating whether to add room verb on the guitar. I kept it to get that live sound. Nice ear.

I really like this. There was a school of thought in the NYC folk scene in the eighties that acoustic guitars blended well with crisp drums, clean guitars, and pads… Suzanne Vega was the most prominent of these (she was kind of a hero of mine.)

This sounds just like that.

I appreciate the comment but think you are being very generous mentioning me in the same sentence as Suzanne Vega. I actually tried to model some of this remix after Sia’s Colour the Small One. For quite a while I listened to Sia, Bjork, and Suzanne Vega in the early 2000s.
