i agree with you. anger can be a transforming force if we create with it. i guess that’s part of the reason we’re here all working together? alchemizing our anger into something the gives instead of harms? not sure….

yes, we can turn all of our emotions into creative,powerfully positive energy and stop the wheel one by one or together as a group which is so much more rewarding, I think…not so lonely.

I completely agree. Together we have a very positive, creative healing capacity. I feel it on a regular basis. It gives me hope.
