That was fast! And very cool: I like the Stefsax and trumpet parts, and of course the always delightful Ciggi!

this is put together & mixed beautifully. the thing i like most about Ciggi’s torchy / bluesy songs is she never falls back on the moon/june/spoon rhymes the lyrics are always unique and there’s a good chance she’s gonna drop a couple of F-bombs in there.

Thanks Panu. Ciggi gives a high level to the a capellas in the site.

Thank you

Your musical arrangement is deliciously moody and sexy, Pitx, and I love the slow, sensuous tempo. I was lucky to get this great vocal line from the one and only St Paul, and very lucky to be mixed by you again. Many, many thanks. xxxx

I have only put together the two sources. The interpretation of them is what is really enjoyable. thank you.

Whoa. This is absolutely terrific.

Everything works in this track - you’ve had one or two tracks where the vocals didn’t quite fit the harmonies, but this is entirely, perfectly lovely.

And now it ended. So I think I’ll play it again. :)

Yes, some mixes have what can be named as “shoehorn harmonies” :)

Thanks colab for your comments, I always do appreciate your sincere words.

I hate the loudness war, even if I am there in it up to my neck .. I love the songs in this style and this sense of taste .. are smooth, quiet and have something to say, the voice of ciggiburns is not easy to “tame”, it takes a lot of style, beautiful work man

Speaking about loudness, in this track there isn’t any masterization, I’ve only made the mixdown avoiding cliping. The dinamic range is the highest that can be in this mix (I think).
Must say that the sources are excellent and my work has been very easy.
Thanks for leaving a comment.

I miss many things being due to my flaky nature as of late. Very glad I stumbled upon this wonderfully conceived and expertly produced track! Smokey and sensual….
