I like the way you’ve got those distant vocals and the keys in the intro, and then the little thump beat comes in to vary things. I like the way you wash into virtual strings around :35, although the little electronica on the edges might be more fun if it came up earlier—I like it when it becomes more prominent. I like the little staccato percussion, and the pulsing bass—it’s all done properly lightly, but perhaps the bass is a bit too light.

The “yip-e-kiya” is unexpected, but doesn’t really work for me.

The bursts of electronica alternated with the keys works pretty well, and the blending back in of the vocals just before 3.00 works pretty well. I like sections like 3:35 when your keys and your strings wash and the vocals all work together.

This songs works well overall. The middle section is an interesting break, and it’s good to vary things. It doesn’t all quite fit neatly together for me, but perhaps it need not all fit neatly.
I like this mix.

Really interesting. A little short on mastering, though, but nice work.
And… this review also applies here :)
