Process
I wanted to basically do the same song, but with a more vintage feel.
Took out the synth bass, and just glued it all in at the one, and played over top of it. Thought a real bass with a bit of slapping might punch it up and vintage it up a bit. Used a Jimmy Smith sound on the organ - started playing a part similar to Alex, but freak it up a bit at the end. Tried to go for a vaguely Hendrixy sound on the small bit of guitar I added.
