Deep Purple flashback or maybe Vanilla Fudge Wanted to import and vicitmize some MIDI tracks. Imported Mr Yesterday’s Hard_Wired MIDI guitar track. After listening, decided to change the primary voice from guitar (Slayer 2 plugin) to organ (Organ One plugin plus Mr Donald Leslie FX plugin) bringing the MIDI guitar back in places. This revealed Mr. Yesterday’s Deep Purple-like groove. To build on the Deep Purple vibe created a bass accompaniment and added rock drums. After auditioning pells, decided on samples from The Love by Detour. The vocal required that MIDI tracks be transposed to E. Victimized Yesterday’s MIDI track as necessary to support the vocal.
