Summer disaster movies, the sound of cicadas, car horns honking like the beginning of “Summer in the City” all serve to remind me of summer.
My. How things have changed from the days of the drive in movie. Now we watch “strange flavor monster” fight “Big Man Japan” on our smart phones. I also used some sounds from freesound.org — Leady’s women singing, Herbert Boland’s Female Phrase 1 and Ongitak’s fine, fine wobble, which I used sparingly.
