Another audio version of a piece from Original Clichés. Thanks Mythos for the pumping music!

worst-case scenario

FADE IN: EXT. STEVE’S HOUSE - NIGHT

Tall, wide McMansion on a roomy plot of land.

Music pumps out. All the lights are on. Sound of laughter.

Hand-held camera enters the front door.

INT. STEVE’S HOUSE - CONTINUOUS ACTION

Clusters of REVELLERS dance and laugh in small knots. Everyone has a drink in their hand.

CUTE TEEN: Cool party Steve!

STEVE (Good-looking, popular) smiles and nods…

CUT TO SCREEN IN PASSENGER JET COCKPIT

FX: The roar of engine —

SLOW FADE UP:

CO-PILOT: We have a warning light on the rear port!

PILOT: (deadpan) Starboard’s just dropped out too.

AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL (V.O.): QA46? Do you read?

We hear SCREAMING ENGINES.

SMASH CUT TO: Aircraft plummeting onto Steve’s house.

ROLL CLOSING CREDITS.
