A bit of poetic fluff.

The Intent


This Eternal Now
was destined to be
observed.
Some call it Oneness.
Some call it: “Here”.
Most are oblivious.
But
Long, long ago
in the emptiness of un-time/space,
the Cosmos bowed in fertile grace,
and spat out all energy
all matter
to call “ours”.
And even though it took more time,
the swirling gases reached their prime,
and infant stars ignited
like dew on flowers.
Neighboring swirls joined in too,
proudly displaying their new-born dew.
Each added pinprick of light,
defied the desolation of the housing night.
And as new babes,
they were given toys: orbiting globes,
that soon would employ,
Consciousness
And, on one, Mankind.
Was this all just a tool,
To observe Itself,
through a poem writing fool?
