I wondered if the pain would go away
I wondered if our love would ever fade
I wondered if I’d always cry alone in the bed we shared day to day
I wondered how many sleep overs, wrong choices I’d make
before the emptiness of your side gave way

Working 23 hours a day
cause you’re not here to greet me at the door
in your special sexy way

without the warmth of your atmosphere
