Hi

Here’s a query - not an issue yet. The projekt exists to develop the skills and talents of young Scotish film makers and musicians. All material produced by our young people under the Projekt banner is original(and cc licensed),and we hope to have mixes/remixes coming on stream to ccMixter early next year.
We’re currently looking at a members’s suggestion of creating an internet radio station, playing only our own material.
Our problem is one of critical mass - We’d like to do this but don’t have enough material of our own (yet) to make this viable.

As this would be a non-commercial enterprise, and all artists/mixers would be attributed, would it be allowable for us to broadcast ccMixter remixes as well as our own material?

we’re not lawyers here and don’t give out legal advice.

afaik 100% of the music here is available for non-commercial sharing/playing on the web so please do!
