when you upload a file, can you choose the license that is applied to it?? for instance, whether or not someone could use it commercially?

only on samples and originals.
when you upload a remix, you ‘inherit’ the strictest license of all the samples you used. this is not really a question of legality, more like the safest site policy we could think of to avoid legal issues. hope that makes sense, VS |
