Hey guys, Just a heads up, A GOOD ONE.
I survived a takedown on this track. https://ccmixter.org/files/Coruscate/70294 Which is derivate of this: https://ccmixter.org/files/hmendoz/208 Which is a derivate of the Wired CD project that kicked off CCmixter. One of the record companies that represents one (or more) of the artists thought I was committing copyright infringement by crediting their artist on a track properly. Now, I’ve been at DistroKid which I no longer recommend, they don’t stand by their customers when they are accused of stuff. They won’t really talk to you. Just assume you’re lying. It’s screwed up. I bring that up because… Landr, on the other hand, does back their customers! I sent in links to CCMixter.org as well as some photos from the physical copy of the Wired magazine. They agreed me with, and kept e-mailing the record label until they either doubled down or gave up. They gave up!!! |
