My first upload was 18 1/2 years ago ( a Brad Sucks remix). It’s wild to think it was that long ago. To this day, no matter how long I’m gone at a time, coming back to ccMixter is like coming back home.

Way back in the day (some of you remember!), Secret Mixter was a thing I started using a secret Santa script. (March 2026 will be 20 years of Secret Mixters!) When I became less active (I sporadically come and go these days), other people stepped up to not just keep it going but replace it with a much better native option. Please be sure to give all the love to the devs and admins that made it happen and kept the event running with so much love for all these years!

So I’m excited to celebrate the anniversary of ccMixter and to participate in a Secret Mixter dedicated to it. Really appreciate what we have here. This place is special and unlike any other, as are the people taking the lead to maintain it.

It’s happening!!! I’m really looking forward to listening to a bunch of a mixes. I haven’t gotten mine yet and there’s a few people I saw got drawn who I’m exited to listen to who haven’t uploaded yet. And there’s already so many tracks! The first few I listened to are so good. This is gonna be amazing!
