Hello there,

I’ve been away for sometime, and posted a new remix. Now i tryed to upload the stems, but somewhere there goes something wrong i guess. I’ve tryed several times, but the stems are not online. Are there any new limitations to uploading these or other things i have got to take notice of?

Hi Frank,

I would be happy to help you solve this problem.

If I understand correctly, you are trying to add the stems of a remix that has already been posted - I’m going to assume for the moment it’s Wide Awake.

Some possible reasons the stems aren’t uploading include: the size of the file and the file type.
Unless a file is less than 50 megs, it will not be accepted.
Also, if you try to upload a file type not recognized, it will not be accepted.

If that doesn’t solve the problem, I just need some information:

Are you uploading the stems as a separate upload apart from the original, or are you adding them to the original upload itself?

If you’re adding to an existing upload, what is the name/url of the upload? (There might be a glitch in the main server, so it is helpful to know which upload is having the problem).

What are the file types of the stems you are adding?
