Concerns about spam

So if my question is out of line, let me know … I discovered this by accident: http://beta.ccmixter.org/playlist/browse/51979 It’s a playlist that features only my music, and its description is in (according to Google) Malaysian. A quick Google translation revealed that it’s an ad for casino gaming. Actually I have two questions. Is this legal? And can I have my music removed from this playlist? I don’t want my music associated with what appears to be advertising. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’d like to return the favor by offering to report spammers as I discover them. Would that be more appropriate as a private message, or could I publicly identify them here? I can name about six so far.
