is it ok to put up remixes containing samples from old 78 lp’s? i.e. 1950, and bellow?

we’re not lawyers here but if you don’t own the material or know for a fact that all aspects of the record are in public domain or don’t have permission from the owners then you probably shouldn’t upload it here.
