www.emp3world.com is selling One Small Track, a song of mine, in an album for $1.50. www.emp3world.com links directly to the Archive.org file-location. The song is licensed under a by-nc-sa license, so this is an illegal act.
Anyone who can help me with advice? Or maybe you can write about it on your weblog. I believe this is a good showcase to show the power of the Internet and a way to show the public that Creative Commons can do something about illegal use. I have written a post on my own weblog about it: http://melodiefabriek.nl/20... |

this has little to do with cc.
seem like they’re just plain evil I would notify the archive.org folks — they might be able to block referals and ips VS |
