A program designed to sample a midi keyboard.

that will send out midi notes, record the results to a wav file and create a soundfont.

I’m not sure if I understand what you mean.
You mean something like in stead of recording the notes to the pattern it directly store the audio represented by what you play? But insteed of notes it is loaded with loops or something?
