If an author withdraws a file from public view, there is literally nothing that can be done about it - unless they re-enable it themselves. We will not override any member’s decision to unpublish a track.

Just because a file is not visible, does not mean it is not there. When unpublishing a file, it’s content will not show up on the file’s page anymore. But it is still directly accessible via url. It took me only seconds to find the requested song.
And while writing this I got another thought… A few days ago I flagged a remix for copy right violation. The remix does not seem to be there anymore. So I assumed it has been deleted. I just tried to call the file directly via url and it is still downloadable. So I guess it has just been unpublished. Not sure, if the unpublish function should work like this and if you have been aware of this. |

Can it be possible that it is still on the site somewhere? Is it possible that he deleted it in January 2012? |

The artist Stab is not active and has no e-mail address on file. the mix you’re looking for is not published. I did a quick search for stab on the net, but came up empty. Searched “italy stab meltdown” on google. sorry :-(
