Question about upload quotas

I get the quota error described here. http://ccmixter.org/thread/... So I’m not panicky about it, I just want to know how it works.

	. permalink coruscate Tue, Jan 3, 2012 @ 11:27 AM Well when I’m gone long times it’s a max of three then I hit the quota. Then for several days after that I was able to upload one a day… then three days of not being able to upload at all. I’m just curious as to how it works.
