Mixter Macro (one of reason’s official sound designers) has put several amazing Reason Refills into the commons.

there are some stunning rhodes patches and very, very clean acoustic ‘ambient’ drum samples and lots of other goodies.

the refills themselves are licensed sampling+ (which means you can’t redistribute the refills "as is") but the sounds derived from them in your remixes are under attribution.

the Refills contain demosongs. if I have a bit of time left I will export those, roll some mp3-files and upload them.
