I just recently finished a song and I want to add it to my album that I plan on releasing on jamendo however I have a bit if a chin scratcher for myself.

Everything is original except for the vocal dialog. That, I got from an episode of Aeon Flux. Can I still release the song under CC or do I have to release the track under a difference license or no license at all because I technically didn’t get any permission for using the dialog.

This is a chin scratcher for me because I see a lot of DJing ripping dialog from movies and TV shows all the time, but I an unfamiliar as to if there are any problems with releasing it without getting an official “OK” from the creators.

No. And please don’t upload it here without permission from the owners of the work. I also doubt Jamendo will take it either.
