why cant i publish original songs?

The FAQ says that if you cannot upload original songs, then you must have reached the quota, or whatever it is, but i havent uploaded any original songs and i cannot upload them.

oh rite i get it now… sry for bothering u. but i have 1 more issue, for me that is, the download links for the bucky johnson samples are broken links. I tried safari and firefox all latest versions for mac and pc.
