In an ideal world, shouldn’t ccHost detect the use of third party BY-NCs and deflect it to a standard non-contest upload?

I’d rather not delete the remix, for several reasons: 1. I’ve got a review, 2. I’ve not done anything illegal (I’m just not eligible to win), 3. I’ve told my friends the URL of the remix. Could you de-tag it instead please?
