The first notes of the piano immediately suggested the empty room — excellent sample selection and mix. And if the sound of the oboe doesn’t express the pathos of this song — what does? Bravo!

Thanks, Susan. 3am’s piano did make a better match with Joe’s pella than my own chord progression did. And I had to squeeze in his percussion somehow. The rest are just minor additions to give myself the (false) impression that I too had anything to do with it. ;-)

Every track you release these days demonstrates more of your talent in quality production. The fact that the pella sounds very Patrick Wolf makes this a super collaboration.
