I’m curious what it is that you don’t like about it, I think you’re being to hard on yourself. I really like it’s a great first contribution, you have a good voice and you use it right (says a musician so maybe I’m missing something). The recording is clean aswell and I think a lot of us record with audicity, at least I do.
One thing I do hope you can change in future is the bitrate at least 192k better even 320k I hope you have something for the BY and BY |

Thanks so much, Abstract!!!! It’s not that I think it’s awful or anything I’m just a big-time perfectionist and am frustrated with the sound. I’ll probably re-record it (with more to it) with all of you guys’ recommendations in mind. This was SO helpful to me to read you and the other guys’ comments. Also it’s cool to hear you use Audacity as well! Definitely helps me feel better. :-p Will upload in 320k from now on btw. Thanks again!!!!

This is solid stuff. Nice work!
I’d be all over this if I wasn’t working on another track at the moment. My only complaint is that there should be more of it. ;) I was hoping for a 3rd verse or a bridge or maybe some layered outro vocals. |
