I very much enjoyed how the percussian has a lot of depth and apparent layering. The whole song flows very well from start to finish and is a great example of its genre.
My only real critique is I would have liked to see the non-percussive instruments with a touch more volume and perhaps a little more depth in this aspect of the mix. Overall though, quite good and catchy. It’s still revolving in my head after the listen. 4/5 - Excellant mix, very professional, mild objection to “lack” or “subtlety” of non-percussion instruments *meow* |

Not too many people on this board are submitting under the raggaeton label…and the couple of mixes I posted probably wouldn’t be considered reggaeton by traditionalists. I’m sure we’ll get more as ccmixter popularity and notoriety grows. |
