Thank you, Steven. I’m really glad, that you like it.
I used GSnap, a free pitch correction effect on your vocals. Not that they would have needed it or were out of tune. I just wanted to try out this “auto-tuned” sound ;-)

i love this remix! great treatment of Steven’s pell - the way the intro moves into the groove pulls you in. dig the way you worked Lessig’s spoken word in as well. nicely done.

thank you.

btw: you should definitly place a warning somewhere on this page, something like “caution: ccmixter can be highly addictive” :)
so many inspiring sources and too little time to work with. each time i start a remix it leads into 3 or 4 different projects.

Great arrangements: danceable and very electronic, but so, so melodic. Its both heart-wrenching in its melancholy minor key melody, and feet-tapping in its danceability. :)

thanks. surprisingly it still works, even though it doesn’t sound like a typical protest song anymore. :)
