That’s a groovy riff. Sounds like good, old fashioned protest punk. (Perhaps along the lines of SOD’s song of the same name…) It’s as much a heavy metal song to me as it is a punk rocker, like Black Sabbath with gang vocals. Nice to have some hard rockers in the community.
