if you will be based on the misleading 120bpm reference, without editing and time stretching manually the vocal phrasings (not an easy task to do at *ALL* - and i know what i’m talking about lol) , then your whole mix/track and groove is at risk to be screwed and may not sound as “music” at the end, losing that “interaction & feeling” the vocals has with the main groove and build up which makes a song sound beautiful and that no matter what chord progression you would have had chosen for this even in the right key (G for this one, as a tip) ;-)

Furthermore, let’s be simple and start from a classic blues square in G… and let’s buildup from there other things using our own imagination ….

errm.. am sorry, but this is *NOT* 120bpm ;o)

i’ll see what i can come up with this.. and so far, i really feel something good for it 8-)
