It’s funny, I found jaspertine’s upload in like 5 seconds flat and was like yup, thats the one. It was already complete even with piano and organ so I added nothing. I spent so much time adding drums which I ended up not even using. Then I went through like 50 pages of pells before I found yours. That is honestly one of the best songs I have ever stumbled across on ccM, you are a natural songwriter! I usually start by just chopping and placing the vocals in Ableton where I can imagine them fitting, without any warp markers, no timing or pitch adjustments yet. Then I usually try to do all of that in Celemony, but this time I did it in ableton first. I did two different tracks and then spent a lot of time in celemony tweaking length, pitch, vibrato, random timing and pitch offsets and variations between the two tracks. After that was done I ended up reprocessing one of them again in celemony and again tweaking the timing and pitch. I’ve been playing around with Landr production and effects tools. I used Landr FX Voice, VoxChain, Voxverb. I think one of them was a preset called Pop Diva, hilarious right? And then another one called Cleaned Up. Then after the whole track was done I did a few more vocal tracks for the chorus and used the same plugins this time with a reverb effect I think it was Huge Verb or Warm Stereo Ambience.

New mix is up. I added more stereo spread with the guitar and bass. Now your vocals have more presence and clarity.
