Very cool. The way you sped up the vocals only in certain spots gives them a very alien-feel. I also dig the chill contrast of music vs. vocals. Thanks for using them! It’s quite fun to be paired with Deb’s uke. I think if Earth is invaded by aliens, it won’t be nearly as dramatic as movies portray it. Of course, perhaps it already is… :)

Yeah, don’t get be started about aliens. I think there already is scientific evidence, and yup, it’s not very dramatic….mostly about unidentified nanobes, microbes, and just nanoscopic debris that can replicate or may contain DNA or RNA. I guess that’s dramatic for nerdcore…lol I finally got to say nerdcore ;)

Interesting coincidence that my last mix was of debbizo’s ukes and my next one is of MMT’s Shape Shifting Aliens. So I’ve had these samples in my head a lot lately. It’s nice to hear them together here. A ‘wouldn’t of thought of it’ combination that works really well.
