This was such a conceptually ambitious project you came up with and I really love how it turned out. The way it transitioned through the different mixes also reminded me of echolalia (echoing of words or phrases)..which also turns up in dementia patients and in other neurodegenerative cases.

Bravo to all involved and to you SJ.
A work of patience and dedication, you honored it to the spirits you wanted to. A great cinematic (story) song with soul |

Yes, Jerris is a very talented cat!!!!
Latopa SJ, not laptopa:)…it is a divine Yoruba (Afro-cuban)word that pays honor to a special female saint (Elegua) in the Santeria (African) religion. She opens the roads or closed them if you are not honest to life. I dig the African philosophy that empowered them…to smile at life at their worst, and make incredible music from the catastrophic, sociological genocide that still persist. I hope that ccm can reach all these incredible talents that do not have pc and voice the music |

You have been creative. I’ve enjoyed every bit of it.
The credit for that voices sample belongs to unfa over at freesound though, not me. |

wow Susan. this is real art. each section is well-crafted, like sonic scenes of a film. they flow perfectly into one another yet each stands on its own. congrats on the Ed Pick — very deserved. brilliant work.
