My voice is odd. There’s a resonant base tone to it, but a gaggle of some midrange overtones. I’m thinking about doing vocal lessons this spring to get a better handle on it. Some voice teachers have commented on the fullness and distinctiveness of my singing voice. I also have a pretty good range (but frankly weak technical skills/awareness). And I *love* a lot of old edge of modernist to modernist poetry. I’ve been resisting doing a TS Eliot one too. But I might be losing that battle for self-control.
