Ah York, a beautiful and historic city. I’m down in Brighton - usually the sunniest part of England but summer feels a long way off at the moment, it’s pouring down here too (although we still have a hosepipe ban!) The beach is but a distant memory…

I’ve never been to Brighton — but would love to go. Maybe we do a few songs there, stop in London to see ghost and then stop by Birmingham and record with Loveshadow (I think that’s where he lives?), and then, head to York? :)

Brighton is a great place - this is where all the hippies, drop-outs and free thinkers flee to! The tour idea sounds fab, just get in touch once you have a rough idea of dates (because the private jet needs to be booked a few weeks in advance y’know?!)

A little Brighton recommendation for you too - there’s a great acoustic scene here and one of my favourite artists is Carrie Tree - check out her album ‘The Kitchen Table’, especially the song “Inside Her Tears” - I’ve listened to it on repeat possibly hundreds of times…

Just thinking: I could always record some bespoke guitar parts for you & Snowflake, if that would help? Or if you had particular chords/keys/tempos in mind, I could work round those? Or I could just upload some complete acoustic guitar chord progressions for melodic/lyrical ideas?

For my next project I’d like to build piano or synth chords around Snowflake’s vocal so if you could then sprinkle your stardust on it afterwards I’d be blown away!
