incredible that your vocal was already aligned with the Rooted In Soil — wonderfully crafted! might i make a suggestion? i think you’ll sound “tighter” with the band if you remix with your vocal turned down a few db….. great track!

Thanks for the advice, and I’ll give it a go. I always struggle when mixing lightly-processed vocal tracks with a well-produced and fully compressed mix; it’s hard to get the compression “right”.
